The Process

In order to design, build, test, implement and manage your outbound B2B calling program we guide our clients through the following process:

ANALYSIS: We will design and build your calling program based on an in depth interview process and a gathering of all of the necessary metrics.

SUBMISSION: We will build your team of TSR’s (Telemarketing Sales Representative) by submitting your package to the most appropriate call center.

PROPOSAL: We will submit to you a proposal detailing exactly what we are going to do for you, and how we are going to go about it along with the associated price.

PAYMENT & CONTRACT: Upon your agreement with the proposal, RHM and your corporation will sign a contract and payment will be collected.

TEST: After designing and building your custom calling program we will complete a 30 day pilot which is typically comprised of 100 calling hours. After the pilot is completed, we will analyze the success of the pilot and make any small adjustments that need to be made.

IMPLEMENT: RHM will submit to the call center any adjustments we want to make along with any necessary lists, forms, scripts, and will set up a date to launch the program.

MANAGE: RHM will handle all of the necessary communication with the call center during the duration of the campaign, and will manage the quality of the program with the call center.
